Executive Summary
The LRPC was re-formed during 2016 to research and propose recommendations regarding a variety of financial related Beach Club topics. First, we were asked to look at how to best separate funds designated for capital versus operating expenses. Second, we looked at our anticipated future capital expenditures and operating expense requirements and the rate at which we are currently paying down our debt. Third, we crafted several financial models to perform scenarios and sensitivity analysis with various assumptions about future club financial performance. Lastly, we used these models to formulate recommendations to achieve our proposed financial objectives. Below is a summary of financial goals and objectives, our findings and recommendations.
